Is there a general area where survivors gather? I have been running around quite a bit and never run into anyone. Just curious if there is a place where I can interact with a few of you.

Try Pinkertons up in the old Vybor industrial compound. They're a legit trading group and many players pass through there.

But be aware that bandits do prey on survivors in that area.
