The following are policies and procedures that we ask our patrons and visitors to follow in order to ensure a safe, pleasant, and expeditious experience whilst within the compound (and 300m outside it).

1) Always enter and exit the compound through the West gate. This helps in knowing who is entering/exiting and how many visitors we have. By entering the premises you submit to a pulse check. No staff or security will cuff and/or search you. Even the Marshalls will not arrest you at PTC. The Outlawz adhere to our policies as well so there is no excuse in "defending yourself" from them at PTC.

2) Do NOT have any weapon in your hands once you pass through the gate. You may receive a warning to holster your weapon but if you appear to be a threat you may be put banned from trading or, if you attack my staff, you will be put down. (If you are double-carrying rifles do not enter. Announce that you are double-carrying and wait for a PTC member to secure your weapon. Even if you just want to trade it for something.

3) Do not attempt to enter any of the 3 large warehouses except through the designated small doors in front of the trading warehouse. If someone is already at the second threshold talking/trading with staff please wait outside until they exit. (Do not climb any ladders within the compound.)

3) Pinkerton trader staff wear pink armbands. If you have questions please direct them to a Pinkerton but wait until you are at the trading barrel. This minimizes multiple conversations and you get a face-to-face interaction.

When you are at the trading barrel you simply put the items you wish to trade into the barrel then proceed to tell us what you are looking for. Do not ask "What can I get for this?" Tell us what you want. If we deem it a fair trade we will get the items you requested and put them in the barrel. At which point we wait until the customer says they are satisfied, then and only then are items removed from the barrel.

5) We have a water well and 2 Apple trees. Help yourselves to either.

6) Do not cut down any trees that are inside or near the compound. Especially the Apple trees.

Follow these steps and EVERYONE will feel safe and welcomed.
