things on road

Hi survivors,
Watch out on the roads if you'er driving vehicles, because it seems that things either spawn there or somebody drops the tiny little things on the road.
It has happend to me twice already, once in Pustoshka, and once in Kabaninho.
the first time it happend was because off a stack of 9mm rounds, and the second time it was chicken feathers.
I am sorry to ask this, but how freaking dumb are you with dropping things on the roads while knowing cars and busses will drive thru that town???
