Ban Appeal and Hello Im New

I would like to start off by saying im here for my cousin who was banned for murder but she didn't kill anyone or even hurt anyone, she is a passive player. she was standing in a house in Solnichniy when the ban popped up it was kinda surprising. Her steam name is (jenjen) and her in game name at the time was (Mulan). Plz Help i would appreciate it. Thanks

we are currently banning for ANY type of hostile action towards another player IE punching, shooting, throwing an object, force feeding/drinking. Also bans do not happen instantly, it can take up to 3 hours to be activated.

i recommend for both of you to try and get whitelisted, and then we can look into unbanning for US3. in the meantime you are more than welcome to play on US1.
